Admirals Group Sets August 10 Bond Redemption Payment

Forex24NewsBy Forex24NewsJuly 10, 2026No Comments2 Mins Read

Admirals bond redemption will take place on August 10, 2026, after Admirals Group AS confirmed the early repayment of its Tier 2 subordinated bonds.

The bonds were first issued on February 5, 2021, with a further issuance on May 31, 2021. They are registered under ISIN EE3300001999. Admirals said the early redemption follows the Base Prospectus and the bonds’ terms and conditions.

Admirals Bond Redemption Terms

Under those terms, the issuer may redeem the bonds in full or in part after five years from the issue date. However, it must first obtain approval from its supervisory authority and give bondholders at least 30 calendar days’ notice.

That approval has been granted. The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which Admirals identified as its competent consolidated supervisory authority, approved the early redemption on June 22, 2026.

The redemption covers all 27,016 outstanding bonds. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 100. As a result, the total nominal value to be redeemed is EUR 2,701,600.

Payment Details for Admirals Bond Redemption

Bondholders will receive the full nominal value of their holdings plus accrued and unpaid interest. Therefore, the total payment is set at EUR 100.11 per bond.

Admirals Group said payment eligibility will depend on bondholder records at the close of business on August 6, 2026. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq CSD settlement system will serve as the official record date system.

Once Admirals pays the redemption amounts in full, the bonds will be treated as redeemed. They will then be removed from the register.
