Airwallex Series H brought in $320 million and lifted the company’s valuation to $11 billion, according to the company’s announcement on June 26.
The global payments and financial platform said the new valuation rose from $8 billion in December 2025. Addition led the round. Meanwhile, Baillie Gifford, Hummingbird, QED Investors, T. Rowe Price, Hedosophia, Haun Ventures, Washington University in St. Louis, and Amex Ventures also took part.
Airwallex said it will use the fresh funds to speed up product work in autonomous finance and agentic commerce. It also plans to widen its regulatory footprint in new markets. Additionally, the firm said it will grow its AI-native financial software teams.
Airwallex Series H Funds New Products
Alongside the funding round, Airwallex introduced two new product efforts. T:0 is an AI-native platform that aims to handle a business’s full finance function. The company said it can automate bookkeeping, forecasting, taxes, compliance, and reporting, and it is now in private beta.
Airwallex also unveiled Airi, which it described as an agentic consumer wallet. The wallet is set to support delegated agent payments, spend controls, and multi-currency balances. It will pair with the company’s Agentic Commerce Suite for end-to-end commerce flows on regulated infrastructure.
Revenue and Transaction Volume Grow
Airwallex reported stronger financial figures in March 2026. It said annualised revenue reached $1.3 billion, which marked a 74% increase from a year earlier. Meanwhile, annualised transaction volume climbed to $287 billion, up more than 120% year over year.
The company added that more than 90% of its revenue comes from customers using more than one Airwallex product. Jack Zhang, co-founder and CEO, said, “We believe this is the most consequential moment in the history of global finance, and we are building accordingly.” Founded in Melbourne in 2015, Airwallex now serves more than 676,000 businesses worldwide.
