BitDelta CMA license moved to full approval in the UAE on Monday, as BitDelta Securities Financial Services LLC said it completed the Capital Market Authority process and opened a Dubai office.
The company said the approval came under the Category 5 Arrangement and Advice license framework. It followed an In-Principal Approval earlier this year. BitDelta said the full process covered capital rules, governance appointments, and operational setup.
The firm has opened its office at Office 1515, Tamani Arts Offices Building, Business Bay, Dubai. Meanwhile, the new site will serve as an operating base for the UAE and the wider GCC region. Teams there will handle client onboarding, compliance, regulatory affairs, and partner relations.
BitDelta CMA License Covers Introducing Broker Role
Under the Category 5 framework, BitDelta Securities can act as a regulated Introducing Broker. The firm said it connects eligible retail and professional investors with licensed international brokers. Those links cover forex, commodities, precious metals, indices, equities, bonds, ETFs, futures, options, and spot markets.
However, the company said it does not hold client funds or execute trades. It also said it does not give investment advice beyond what the license allows. In addition, all introductions are made to regulated financial institutions.
Dubai Office Supports Regional Expansion
Dr. Demetrios Zamboglou, Group Chief Executive Officer of BitDelta, said the approval marked the end of a strict regulatory process. He added that it showed the firm’s commitment to building a compliant and transparent business under direct CMA supervision.
The company also said it is inviting clients, prospective partners, and traders to visit the Business Bay office. Walk-in consultations and scheduled meetings are available there as part of its long-term regional strategy.
