The webull pi securities deal values Pi Securities Public Company Limited at about $100 million, according to an agreement announced on June 30.
Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. signed the agreement to acquire the Thai investment services provider. The buyer is a unit of Nasdaq-listed Webull Corporation. Meanwhile, Pi Securities has operated in Thailand’s capital markets for more than 50 years.
The transaction will proceed through a share purchase agreement. Webull Thailand’s direct parent company signed that agreement with Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited, which controls Pi Securities. Under the terms, Webull will buy all shares held by Country Group Holdings.
Webull Pi Securities Deal Awaits Approvals
The webull pi securities deal still needs to meet standard closing conditions. These include regulatory approval and shareholder approval. Additionally, the disclosure was filed with the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 29, 2026.
Webull said the purchase aims to pair Pi Securities’ long presence in Thailand’s capital markets with Webull’s digital investing platform and technology base. As a result, the company expects to expand its investment product range. It also said the deal should help it build a broader financial ecosystem for investors in Thailand.
CEO Outlines Thailand Growth Plan
Chonladet Khemarattana, Chief Executive Officer of Webull Thailand, said the investment will combine Webull’s technology and platform development strengths with Pi Securities’ local market knowledge and client service experience. He said that mix would support long-term growth.
The company also pointed to wider plans in Southeast Asia. Webull currently has more than 27 million registered users across 16 markets worldwide. Through its platform, it offers access to stocks, ETFs, options, futures, and digital assets.
