Equinix leadership appointments added Chris Audie as Chief Product Officer and Bruce Owen as Executive Vice President, Global Markets, the company said on July 28.
The digital infrastructure firm said Audie will lead its global products and services group. That unit covers interconnection, infrastructure, network operations, and ecosystem partnerships. Meanwhile, Owen will run regional businesses in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. Both men will report to CEO and President Adaire Fox Martin.
Equinix Leadership Appointments Reshape Senior Team
Audie joins Equinix with experience in enterprise software, infrastructure automation, and AI. Most recently, he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer for Infrastructure and AI at HashiCorp. IBM acquired HashiCorp in 2025, according to the company statement.
Earlier, Audie led product management for generative AI and cloud platform work at Google Cloud. He also held senior product roles at SAP. Fox Martin said Audie brings strong technical depth and a focus on customers. She added that he will help develop the next wave of Equinix products as the technology landscape grows more complex.
Bruce Owen Takes Global Markets Role
Owen, a 16-year veteran of Equinix, will now oversee the company’s regional operations worldwide. Previously, he served as President of Equinix’s EMEA region and as Managing Director for the UK. In addition, he has held other senior posts at the company, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and President of the Equinix Foundation.
Fox Martin said Owen ranks among the company’s most accomplished leaders. She pointed to his operational track record and strategic experience in the statement.
