MEXC RealStocks API now gives quantitative traders a way to automate U.S. equity trades and build custom strategies using USDT. The exchange said the new tool supports programmatic access to U.S. stocks through its RealStocks product. As a result, users can trade equities through MEXC’s interface instead of placing orders manually.
RealStocks lets users buy equities directly and receive shareholding rights and dividend entitlements, according to the company. Meanwhile, Atomic Vaults Securities processes the trades as the regulated broker. MEXC said it does not charge a fee for using RealStocks. However, SEC transaction fees, FINRA activity fees, and clearing and exchange costs may still apply.
MEXC RealStocks API Expands Access
MEXC launched RealStocks in July 2026. Since then, the product has grown to cover more than 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs, the company said. MEXC also reported that more than 120,000 users have opened RealStocks accounts.
Earlier this month, the platform added new RealStocks features. Those updates included support for long-term investing and better market access. Additionally, MEXC said the API is aimed mainly at quantitative traders who want to automate trading and create tailored strategies.
Broader Push Into TradeFi Products
The exchange said the MEXC RealStocks API fits a wider multi-asset model, where crypto platforms offer products once tied to Wall Street firms. In addition, MEXC offers other TradeFi-related products, including Stock Futures, tokenised shares, and Pre-IPO access.
The company described the API launch as a move deeper into the quantitative trading segment. Therefore, the new release adds another route for users seeking automated access to U.S. equities through the platform.
