Bruce Markets access is now available to clients of ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC, which said the change expands overnight trading in U.S. equities through Bruce ATS.
ABN AMRO Clearing USA, a unit of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V., said clients can now connect to Bruce Markets, which runs the overnight U.S. equities venue Bruce ATS. The firm said it made the change as more of the trading industry moves toward markets that run 24 hours a day, five to seven days a week. Demand has also risen for steady access to liquidity and clearing across time zones.
Bruce Markets Access Expands Overnight Reach
The company said the rollout forms part of a broader push to help clients adjust to longer trading hours. It also said the update should make it easier for clients to reach markets outside normal U.S. trading sessions. The expanded access is now live for AAC-USA clients.
Ronald Breault, Chief Commercial Officer of AAC-USA, said the step shows the firm’s focus on client growth and a better user experience. He added that the move also fits AACB’s wider aim to stay ahead of change in financial markets with technology-based tools.
Bruce ATS Targets Overnight Equity Trading
Bruce ATS offers institutional-grade infrastructure for overnight trading in U.S. equities. Meanwhile, Jason Wallach, CEO of Bruce Markets, said demand for overnight access to U.S. stocks is growing. He said market participants need reliable systems they can use through the full trading process.
Wallach added that the tie-up with ABN AMRO Clearing should help clients trade overnight with more confidence and stability across regions.
