Dukascopy Bank app launched on June 19 as the Swiss bank introduced a new flagship mobile platform for its client base of more than 400,000 users. The app brings banking, payments, cards, foreign exchange and investments into one mobile service. It also follows a management decision to rebuild the bank’s mobile setup.
The new platform replaces the older Connect 911 and Swiss Mobile Bank apps. As a result, Dukascopy now offers its main services through a single app. The bank said the launch marks a key step in its digital shift.

Clients can open accounts from a distance through secure video identification. They can also order and manage virtual or physical Visa, Mastercard and Chinese payment cards. In addition, users can send and receive international payments through the app.
The Dukascopy Bank app also lets clients exchange currencies and manage investments at any time. Meanwhile, the bank offers multilingual human support all day through secure encrypted chat. The bank said the app was built for its growing global user base.
More Updates Planned After Launch
Andre Duka, CEO of Dukascopy Bank, said the release shows the bank’s long-term focus on innovation. He said, “For 20 years, Dukascopy has been recognised as a technological pioneer in fintech and online trading. Our new flagship app reflects our vision of making Swiss banking more accessible, more intuitive, and more powerful than ever before.”
Dukascopy said this release is only the first stage of a wider mobile plan. Furthermore, the bank expects to add regular feature updates and new digital services in the coming months. A next-generation trading app for JForex accounts is also in development.
