Dukascopy has launched a dedicated stock trading platform, providing access to more than 25,000 CFDs on stocks and ETFs from global markets. This new platform significantly expands the broker’s equity market coverage beyond the 1,500 instruments currently available on its JForex platform.
Expanded Access with Dukascopy Stock Trading Platform
The new platform operates as a separate interface accessible via JForex4 Desktop. It covers over 25,000 instruments across 20 markets, compared to JForex’s 1,500 stocks and ETFs across 18 markets. Dukascopy plans to increase this coverage to 87 markets in the future.
Traders should note that the stock trading platform supports only long positions without leverage, unlike JForex, which allows both long and short positions with leverage up to 1:10. Automated trading strategies available on JForex are not supported on the new platform. To avoid duplication, stocks and ETFs listed on JForex do not appear on the new platform.
Funding and Access Details
Funding for the stock trading platform is managed through a dedicated JForex sub-account. Clients can use existing JForex funding methods, including wire transfers, payment cards, Skrill, Neteller, and cryptocurrencies. To start trading, clients open a Stock CFD sub-account via their Client Cabinet, transfer funds from their JForex account, and access the platform through the Services section in JForex4 Desktop.
This launch marks a significant expansion in Dukascopy’s multi-asset offering, positioning the broker among those broadening equity CFD access for retail traders.
