Freedom24 Tradernet MCP now lets clients connect brokerage accounts to AI tools through the Model Context Protocol.
The company said the setup links Tradernet with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. Users can then use plain language prompts to view portfolio data, market quotes, and past data. They can also check orders, trade history, reports, and price and event alerts.
The move adds Freedom24 to a wider shift in trading platforms. Earlier, ThinkMarkets launched an MCP server in June. That service lets AI clients place trades, although it blocks deposits and withdrawals.
Freedom24 Tradernet MCP Adds AI Tools
MetaTrader 5 later added native MCP support for AI agents. According to the source, that support covers market data, trading accounts, and trade execution workflows. Spotware also opened cTrader to AI agents through MCP. It gives access to account actions, orders, positions, and market data.
Capital.com also launched an MCP server for MENA clients. However, it uses a two-step confirmation process for trades started by AI.
Vitaliy Zvonar, Chief Product Officer at Freedom24, said the key change goes beyond AI answering portfolio questions. He said financial functions can become available through intelligent interfaces. He also said the company sees this as a step toward a future where AI agents become part of how clients use financial services.
Europe Plans Support Freedom24 Tradernet MCP
Freedom24 said the integration fits its broader plans for financial services infrastructure in Europe. The company is already in the process of acquiring a banking licence in Europe. As a result, it could expand beyond investment services.
The company has also set out plans for a financial ecosystem around its brokerage business. That plan follows the Freedom SuperApp model run by Freedom Holding Corp. in Kazakhstan, its largest market. According to the source, that platform brings together banking, payments, investing, insurance, telecommunications, e-commerce, and other services in one digital system.
As more services are added in Europe, the company said shared technology infrastructure could connect them through different customer interfaces.
