CySEC warning websites featured 10 domains in a notice dated 14 August 2026, as the regulator said they were not tied to authorised firms in Cyprus. CySEC said the sites do not belong to entities allowed to provide investment services or carry out investment activities under Article 5 of Law 87(I)/2017. The list named m4-platform.com, m4-markets-latam.vercel.app, waltonmarketltd.com, investiumlimited.com, evercrest.capital, gofx.com, tazerpro.com, quantacfd.com, cypriantrustbank.com, and omnixmarkets.com.
CySEC Warning Websites Name 10 Domains
CySEC did not give more detail on the operators behind the websites. However, it urged investors to check its official website before dealing with any investment firm. The regulator said these websites were offering, or appeared to offer, investment services without authorisation in Cyprus.
Some of the domains in the warning resemble names linked to regulated brands. For example, CySEC’s register lists Investium Limited as a licensed CIF with licence number 421/22. However, the approved domain for that firm is flexinvest.com, not investiumlimited.com.
Approved Domains Differ From Warning List
CySEC’s approved-domain list also shows www.m4markets.eu for Harindale Ltd, which operates the M4Markets trade name. Meanwhile, the latest warning included m4-platform.com and m4-markets-latam.vercel.app. CySEC said firms that operate without authorisation in Cyprus sit outside its supervisory framework.
As a result, clients may not have access to the protections available when they deal with licensed investment firms. CySEC also keeps a public register of regulated entities on its website. There, investors can check company names, licence numbers, approved domains, and contact details before they open an account or send money.
